These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WABAVoPBX. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the WhatsApp Business and Cloud API services to use this platform.

2. Services

WABAVoPBX provides routing, recording, analytics, and management tools for WhatsApp Business calling. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service.

3. Accounts & responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding your credentials.
• You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and to comply with WhatsApp Business and Meta policies.
• You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent for call recording in your jurisdictions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: unauthorized access attempts, spam, fraudulent activity, or violating Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual property

The platform and its software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
